Bobbi Vargas, a wellness influencer and founder of Bodela LLC, is facing serious legal allegations after being accused of embezzling over $2.3 million from entrepreneurs Grant and Elena Cardone. According to a Las Vegas Metro police report, Vargas (real name Bobbi Awad) allegedly used four of the Cardones' credit cards to fund a PayPal account, laundering approximately $2 million through her company.

Investigators claim Vargas made extensive personal and business purchases, including $169,000 on designer items and $800,000 in payments to her business. She also reportedly spent $450,000 on Amazon for 7,400 items, such as an 83-inch TV and a brick pizza oven.

Additionally, Vargas is accused of repaying a loan to a third, unnamed victim with suspected counterfeit money purchased from propmoney.com. The investigation began when American Express notified Elena Cardone of suspicious charges.

Vargas faces 19 felony charges, including theft, attempted money laundering, and unauthorized use of a credit card. If convicted, she could face over 20 years in prison. Judge Eric Goodman allowed her release on her own recognizance with a stern warning.

Vargas promotes herself as a wellness entrepreneur and founder of Bodela on LinkedIn.
