POV Beauty, the cosmetics brand co-founded by creator Mikayla Nogueira and chief executive Ani Hadjinian, has moved into Sephora stores across the United States and selected Canadian locations. The September 3 launch places a social-first company in front of shoppers who may know Nogueira from short-form tutorials but have never bought directly from the brand's website or TikTok Shop.
Sephora's online brand page lists 10 POV Beauty products, giving the line a compact assortment that customers can understand without confronting an oversized launch wall. Industry reporting says every U.S. Sephora store is carrying the brand, with selected Canadian locations participating. Approximately 35 key stores are expected to give it larger two-bay displays or prominent front-of-store exposure, creating a more visible test in high-traffic markets.

The retail move is significant because creator fame and product demand do not always translate into performance on a physical shelf. Online, Nogueira can explain a formula, demonstrate a technique and answer common objections in the same piece of content. In a store, packaging, price, testers, employee knowledge and placement must perform much of that work without her voice in the room.
POV Beauty is entering Sephora while maintaining direct-to-consumer sales and its TikTok Shop presence. Hadjinian has presented those channels as complementary rather than interchangeable. A viral video can generate discovery and immediate checkout, the brand's site can deepen the product story, and Sephora can offer trial, convenience and credibility. Managing all three will require consistent inventory and pricing so customers do not feel pushed between competing offers.
For Nogueira, the launch changes the standard by which the business will be judged. Engagement remains useful, but retail performance is measured through repeat purchases, sell-through, returns and the productivity of each display. A large audience may create a strong opening week. Long-term shelf space depends on whether shoppers come back after the initial curiosity and whether products work for people beyond the creator's most devoted followers.
The ten-product selection gives POV Beauty room to build a clear point of view. A focused range can help a new customer understand which items are meant to be essentials and which offer something distinctive. It also reduces the operational burden of launching dozens of stock-keeping units at once. The risk is that every product carries more responsibility; a weak hero item can leave the whole brand without an obvious reason to return.
Sephora gains from the arrangement as well. Creator-founded lines bring built-in awareness, a stream of social content and younger shoppers who may visit a store specifically to see a product they encountered online. The retailer still has to separate durable businesses from brief attention cycles. Giving POV Beauty broad distribution suggests confidence, while the enhanced displays at a smaller group of doors provide a useful way to test what stronger presentation does to conversion.
Transparency will matter throughout the launch. Nogueira's personal content can be both entertainment and marketing when it features a company she owns. Clear disclosure helps viewers understand that relationship without assuming the product claims are false. The most persuasive creator-led brands do not hide commercial interest; they support recommendations with understandable ingredients, realistic demonstrations and customer experiences that can stand independently of the founder.
The Canadian expansion is also worth watching because beauty retail can vary across borders. Product registration, bilingual packaging, pricing and store footprints create different conditions from the United States. Selected placement allows the company to learn before expanding more widely. Customers should rely on Sephora's live store information for local availability, because participating doors and inventory can change during an early rollout.
This launch will not settle the future of creator beauty brands, but it provides a useful test case. The sector has moved beyond limited merchandise drops toward companies built with experienced operators, planned retail calendars and ambitions for repeatable products. POV Beauty's partnership pairs Nogueira's reach with Hadjinian's operating role, an arrangement designed to prevent the founder's visibility from becoming the only engine of the business.
The strongest result for POV Beauty would be quieter than a viral launch day: customers returning for replacements after the first wave of posts fades. Sephora gives the brand scale, physical trial and a demanding scorecard. Over the next several months, the key signals will be restocks, review quality, store expansion and whether one or two items become genuine habits. Attention opened the door; product performance now has to keep it open.
